Sales & Logistics Coordinator

Regen Lab / Sales and LogisticsRegen Lab SA has been dedicated to the production of medical devices for autologous blood-derived products (PRP) used in sports medicine, orthopedic surgery, urology, aesthetic medicine, and treatment. To strengthen our sales and logistics department, based in Mont-sur-Lausanne, we are looking for a Sales & Logistics Coordinator. Responsibilities : - Ensure the receipt, handling, and processing of purchase orders according to internal procedures.- Validate and record orders in the ERP (Abacus) and Salesforce, then confirm them with clients, including managing back-orders.- Coordinate the transfer of orders to the Production department and follow up with the service.- Prepare, control, and transmit shipping and export documentation (packing list, commercial invoice, EUR1, country of origin).- Establish shipping slips (DHL, FedEx, UPS), organize transport with carriers and forwarders, and ensure the follow-up of shipments.- Ensure the tracking of goods receipts and enter them into the system.- Prepare replenishment orders for logistics partners in Europe according to needs and stock levels.- Update customer databases (ERP, B-B Master File, CRM Salesforce).- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a responsive and professional service.- Handle shipping requests from internal departments (marketing, clinical, promotional) and non-clients.- Participate in periodic follow-up meetings and contribute to commercial reviews.Requirements : - Commercial or equivalent education (CFC in commerce or equivalent).- Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar role (administration of sales, commercial, back-office, customer support).- Good knowledge of Incoterms (EXW, DDP, DAP, etc.) and customs procedures for import / export.- Experience in managing carriers and forwarders.- Excellent command of French and good command of English (Italian is a plus).- Good mastery of tools (knowledge of Abacus is an asset) with rigor and reliability.- Ease in customer service and ability to work independently.- Ability to prioritize tasks.We offer : - A varied and stimulating position within a company.- Opportunities for training and development.- A pleasant working environment.- Parking space. jidbb79bf0aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
