Full-Stack Software Engineer

About You

As a Fullstack Engineer at Optiml, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling our core product. You’ll work across frontend and backend systems to build elegant, high-impact solutions that solve real customer problems and bring our data and models to life.

Your mission is to own meaningful parts of the product end to end : from early concept and prototyping through to production-ready implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering peers to define architecture, ship quickly, and continuously refine the user experience.

This role blends strong product intuition with hands-on execution. You’ll be trusted to make smart trade-offs, move fast, and take ownership of the full development lifecycle. While maintaining a high bar for quality, usability, and performance.

Tasks

Responsibilities

• Shape the direction of a part of the core product with your strong product sense.
• Come up with innovative solutions to solve our customers' problems.
• Ship frontend and backend prototypes to validate key design concepts.
• Imagine reactive interfaces for customers that leverage our data and models.
• Own the whole development lifecycle : specs to implementation.
• Collaborate with peers on architecture, design and code reviews.
