Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Service & Enterprise Solutions this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of client projects across our enterprise and institutional engagements.

You arent just a task-trackeryou are the engine that ensures project governance documentation and operational processes are executed with precision. This role is ideal for a professional with 24 years of experience in a PMO or coordination environment who possesses elite administrative skills and is ready to take full ownership of project lifecycles.

What Youll Be Doing (Responsibilities) :

Support Project Managers with project administration documentation and coordination activities

Maintain project management tools trackers and dashboards to ensure accurate status visibility

Prepare and distribute project status reports meeting agendas and minutes

Schedule and coordinate project meetings workshops and stakeholder engagements

Track project actions decisions risks and issues ensuring timely follow-up and closure

Maintain project documentation repositories ensuring files are organized current and accessible

Assist with onboarding new project team members and stakeholders to project processes and tools

Collect and consolidate project data for reporting to internal leadership and client stakeholders

Support budget tracking and resource allocation activities

Ensure compliance with project management standards templates and governance frameworks

Contribute to the improvement of PMO processes templates and tooling

What We Look for In You (Required Qualifications) :

24 years of experience in project coordination PMO support or project administration

Experience supporting technical or enterprise projects preferably in financial services fintech or technology environments

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira Asana Monday MS Project or similar platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-stakeholder environment

Understanding of project management principles and best practices

Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery

Languages : Swiss German German English required; French and / or Italian a plus

Location : Switzerland with focus on Zurich and Lugano.

Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications) :

Exposure to blockchain digital asset or crypto infrastructure projects

Familiarity with financial services operations banking systems or regulated environments

Experience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies

CAPM PSM or similar project management certifications

Interest in progressing into Project Manager roles
