This is an entry level, temporary, unlimited position with an immediate start.

Main Tasks :

  • Processing of Orders in SAP and billing documents & monitoring of shipping documentation
  • Handling and executing of corresponding stock entries into SAP
  • Monthly financial and inventory reporting
  • Driving relationship with the external partners
  • Ensuring that products are available on time and transported as per the condition mentioned on the product label
  • Ensuring that the partner is complying with all aspects of the agreement and GDP for adequate control of the process and deliveries including defined pricing conditions
  • Ensuring that all compliance related documents pertaining to each shipment is correct / precise and available to the Quality
  • Creating of SOPs
  • Master Data Management

Requirements :

  • Commercial apprenticeship
  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain and / or Logistics
  • Pharmaceutical work-experience
  • SAP SD & MM
  • Fluent in English, German nice to have
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to multitask and prioritize, excellent ability to build and maintain effective working relationships (external / internal) in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
