The Business Process Excellence Lead is responsible for driving continuous improvement and optimization of site-wide business processes across all departments. As part of a broader transformation initiative, this role champions change and simplification, fostering agility and operational excellence. The incumbent will collaborate cross-functionally to analyze, redesign, and enhance processes, integrating innovative technologies and methodologies to elevate performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process management and modeling efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational process architecture.
• Identify, map, and document current business processes across the site, including workflows, inputs / outputs, and interdependencies.
• Analyze existing processes to uncover inefficiencies and redesign them to improve agility, reduce costs, and shorten cycle times.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI / ML, automation) into business operations.
• Design and implement systems for automating repetitive tasks and enhancing data analysis capabilities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of newly implemented processes.
• Drive iterative improvements based on performance reviews and evolving organizational needs.
• Assess risks associated with new and existing processes and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of process changes across the organization.
• Communicate transformation goals and benefits effectively to stakeholders to foster engagement and buy-in.
