Ensure strategic execution financial discipline and delivery maturity across IT and Digital initiatives. Own portfolio steering enforce delivery standards coach project actors and act as the interface between delivery teams and IT Controlling
THE ROLE
1. Portfolio Management
Govern the end-to-end project portfolio : prioritization dependencies delivery tracking.
Coordinate planning and resource allocation across programs and teams.
Drive executive-level portfolio reviews cross-domain reporting and decision-making.
2. Methodology & Frameworks
Define implement and continuously improve project governance standards.
Enforce consistency in delivery approach across Agile Waterfall and hybrid projects.
Support integration of project lifecycle with finance and procurement flows.
3. Coaching & Support
Coach project managers on governance best practices and financial accountability.
Provide templates guidelines and mentoring on planning risk and execution tracking.
Act as a center of excellence for delivery teams across functions.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Deliver consolidated live and monthly reporting to management and controlling.
Monitor budget progress : committed consumed Latest Estimates forecast landing.
Track CAPEX / OPEX time entries (TS) day count rates and invoicing flows.
Oversee global project tracking intercompany charges and cost center performance.
5. Collaboration with IT Controlling / BPA
Act as business partner to IT controllers cost center owners and BPA teams.
Ensure budget alignment with strategic and operational plans.
Support business planning cycles forecasting and cost monitoring.
Monitor procurement activities and ensure accurate PO alignment.
