Your daily contribution :

  • Plan and deliver global communications and administration for Leadership & Culture and Talent & People Development cycles, including myPerformance and people review
  • Support the set up and execution of talent processes in global HR tools (Success Factors)
  • Deliver standard learning sessions in the annual cycle
  • Support the execution of our leadership training framework
  • Collaborate on initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Actively participate in and lead projects promoting employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and well-being
  • Align initiatives with our people strategy

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business management, or a related field required
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR tools and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across divisions and regions. Proficiency in English is a must, German is a plus
