Position Summary

As a Learning & Development Partner , you will be responsible for understanding the business unit' specific learning needs and adapt the yearly Swiss learning plan accordingly for implementation of best-in-class learning solutions. Your key contributions will include (co-)design learning solutions, avoiding duplication by leveraging existing development solutions. You will deploy the learning plan end-to-end, including planning, communication coordination of the designed learning solutions, delivery (training, assessment, coaching), evaluation, and impact analysis. This deployment may involve collaboration with external suppliers or independent execution. You will report to the Learning & Development Manager in Switzerland and your mission will involve establishing a trusted partnership and fostering a unified 'One Team' mindset with the Nestlé businesses in Switzerland.

A Day in the Life of a Learning & Development Partner

• Provide L&D guidance and advice on learning activities in partnership with HR Business Partners & People Managers, to build team or participant's learning journeys based on business needs leveraging existing corporate, regional and local solutions
• Define learning briefs that consider objectives, expected outcomes, target audience, delivery format (resource, training, event, coaching, mentoring, etc.) and measures of success, monitor impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Deliver team facilitation, individual / team coaching or mentoring programs, assessment solutions, dedicated training and (co-)design tailored development solutions on demand based on business needs
• Support the business' communication team to ensure visibility of the learning offer and leverage Nestlé Business Services' support for the administration part
