Startup founded by Ex-Google / McKinsey Team looking for Fullstack Engineers

Dopamining is an Effective Altruism project founded by Ex-Google and McKinsey entrepreneurs aiming to fix the global Dopamine crisis - based on neuroscientific research, we program a gamification environment that helps rewire your brain by replacing addictions to easy dopamine (such as phone addictions and sugary food) with sustainable dopamine produced from sport and discipline. You will also be able to make charity donations at the same time while playing our game. Our vision : Change yourself while changing the world at the same time.

Project description

We are Dopamining, a fast-growing international tech startup aiming to tackle the global Dopamine crisis, founded by a team of former Google employees & Silicon Valley entrepreneurs. We are helping users of our app overcome their unproductive habits & unhealthy life routines by bringing together neuroscientific literature with AI gamification (www.dopamining.io).

We are now looking for up to 3 fullstack engineers to join our team as we scale our app globally, and you will be leading and / or supporting our existing app development team from A to Z, especially backend. Depending on your level of engagement, it would also be possible to join our managing board as a CTO.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand user journey and offer own ideas
• Build app components in accordance with plans in Flutter
• Add / sync new AI & game components into the app
• Test the app for unplanned behaviors & risks
