In a few words

We are looking for a Senior Performance Consultant to join our team and accompany our customers in Basel.

Your mission

• Lead a team to effectively deliver performance engineering services, also taking part in hands-on delivery.
• Manage a team of Altersis Performance engineers, ensuring a good team spirit, high satisfaction with the roles and tasks, and personal development of your team, as well as successful, high-quality delivery for the customer.
• Track budget spend and plan resource requirements for your team’s projects.
• Identify new opportunities to provide additional services at your client (or elsewhere from your network of contacts) and work with account managers / business managers to develop those opportunities into new business.
• Influence clients / others on performance-related strategic topics at all levels within the organisation.
• Outside of the customer project, contribute internally to our company by helping us to develop innovative new services / solutions (contributions may take different forms depending on your experience and available time – ranging from reviewing and suggesting ideas, to hands-on development).
