Project : We are seeking an experienced Global Clinical Program Manager to join our international Clinical Operations team. In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving complex global clinical programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Clinical Development and Medical Affairs. Your expertise in project management and GCP will help ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of clinical milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program planning and coordination activities across multiple clinical studies and development programs.
• Partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage program information and support strategic decision-making.
• Apply project management and clinical operations expertise to deliver CDMA-related deliverables on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Foster patient- and customer-centric approaches by putting their needs first in all program activities.
• Collaborate across diverse regions and time zones, promoting inclusion, diversity, and mutual value creation.
• Oversee and guide program management activities including budget planning, tracking, reporting, risk and change management .
• Provide leadership and mentorship to colleagues in resolving complex issues and influencing senior stakeholders toward innovative solutions.
