Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • You are the Scrum Master for one or more Agile cross-functional teams
  • You are responsible for facilitating the Scrum events, like daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and sprint plannings
  • You continuously develop and improve the Agile methodology within your team and support the team members and the product owner to follow the Scrum principles
  • You are responsible for eliminating impediments and you have creative ways to detect obstacles
  • You ensure the fulfilment of the Agile methodology within the team and the company
  • You support the Product Owner and other team members in assuming their roles

Ihr Profil

  • You have 3+ years of experience and strong understanding of Agile methods, Scrum and other Agile frameworks
  • Certified Scrum Master or other Agile certifications

    • You understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures

  • Ideally, you are an active member of a Scrum or Agile community in your region
  • Capacity to inspire, motivate and promote a mindset of growth and continuous learning
  • Flexibility to handle directional changes with the ability to juggle moving priorities to ensure project success
  • Strong digital customer experience focus
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills
  • You speak English and German at a business level
