Assistant CRM

An important Private Bank in Geneva is looking for their new Assistant to Client Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative and commercial activities for Client Relationship Managers (CRMs)

• Manage retrocessions and related commissions

• Handle account openings, closings and all required documentation

• Ensure compliance with internal/external regulations (FATCA, AML, MiFID, etc.)

• Prepare documentation and materials for client meetings

• Respond to client enquiries by email or telephone

• Execute, control and monitor client instructions (payments, FX, stock exchange transactions, static data changes)

• Monitor credit lines and investment maturities

• Follow up and resolve administrative issues

Requirements

• University degree in Finance

• First relevant experience in Private Banking or External Asset Manager support

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Avaloq knowledge is an advantage

• Strong ability to prioritise, solve problems and work independently under pressure

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit

• High level of integrity, flexibility, accountability and work ethic
