Position
For our Headquarters in Novazzano, Switzerland , we are looking for an Application Service Specialist who is responsible for :
supporting direct clients and partners for automation and middleware products and performing on site activities (installation, upgrades, add-on) and trainings.
Joining the Inpeco Customer Success Team you will have the opportunity to travel around the world and to support the most important Inpeco's Clients and Partners.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with :
- Necessary knowledge of English language
- Availability to travel 70-80% of the time, even one month per time;
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering;
- Resiliance to stressfull situation.
- Electrical Drawing Interpretation ;
- Mechanical and Electronical knowledge ;
- Previous experience on any kind of automation as technical expert;
- Log analysis and troubleshooting HW / FW / SW .
Nice to have :
A previous experience in healthcare industry .Robotic control SW experience;Experience on vision systems .Other information
