Job Description
As an Associate-Director in the FX & DA Trading department, you will be in charge of the eFX Spot team. Reporting directly to the Head Spot Vice-Director, you will supervise the operational activities and manage people in accordance with your senior management.

Ensuring new hires are properly introduced to the team, the organization, its culture, policies, and their specific roles.Performance Management : Setting performance expectations, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any performance issues.Conducting under performance process with the help of your Senior Management and HR Partner.Operational duties :
Own the realized risk and PnLEnsure successful and compliant operationsMonitor orders, trades, overall market conditions, news flow, real-time risk and PnL
Fine-tune price construction, execution and risk management production systemsMonitor the overall client activity and ensure flow quality, as well as smooth client trading experienceMaintain a gainful network of hedging counterparties and market venuesAnalyze results, identify and drive improvementsData analysis : Use internal analytical tools and your own quantitative capabilities to draw data-driven conclusions, suggest actions, deliver reportingDocumentation : maintain up-to-date operational procedures and ensure complianceCollaborating : Be a reference point for Sales, Software Engineers, IT colleagues and other internal teamsProject Management : Contribute to product development and infrastructure improvementsMonitoring : team’s capacity allocationQualifications
Minimum 8 years’ experience in sell-side electronic FX tradingPrevious experience in a leadership role is a strong advantageDeep understanding of market (micro)structureDeep understanding of client needs (both retail and institutional segments) and the competition landscapeProficient in transforming large data sets into actionable insightsAbility to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented, team playerExcellent communication and presentation skillsAdditional Information
