Team Leader Mechanics
For our Mechanical Production department at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for an independent, assertive and goal-oriented personality with a medium-term option for succession planning as a department manager.
Your tasks
- Technical and personnel management of the team of 11 employees
- Professional deputy in the absence of the head of department
- Responsibility for the fine-tuning of PPS production orders within the production team
- Planning and realization of equipment and prototype orders
- Ensuring the transfer of know-how for technical production processes as well as the independent setup and maintenance of tools and machines
- Formulating technical requirements for machine, tool, equipment and fixture construction for the attention of the department manager
- Creating and maintaining documentation for production, quality assurance and production planning
