JOB PURPOSE
This internship is a six-month temporary position, created to support the HR team in our Swiss office, with an intended start date of May 1st.
The Junior HR Business Partner will provide structured support across core HR Business Partner processes, contributing to the effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
JOB RESPONSABILITIES
HR Business Partner Process Support
Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of performance management cycles.
Assist with recruitment activities across various teams and roles, in coordination with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
Support absence management processes, including documentation, tracking, and coordination.
Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR files in accordance with company policies.
HR Administration & Coordination
Serve as point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to the Workday HR system and associated processes.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Follow up on employment contract changes and other HR-related administrative requests.
Act as a liaison with payroll, finance, and shared services teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Support HR data preparation, reporting, and audit activities.
Operational & Project Support
Track HR actions, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
Maintain and update HR systems, records, and documentation.
Support ongoing HR initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
Contribute to global HR projects, gaining exposure to broader HR programs.
Gain hands-on exposure to employee relations topics under guidance from senior HR colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Swiss Federal Certificate in Human Resources (Brevet Fédéral RH) is a plus
Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
German and / or Spanish is a strong plus, given the regional scope and coordination needs
This profile will ensure a solid understanding of HR processes and employee-related topics, while remaining well positioned for a support and coordination role within the HRBP function.
