You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and safety of the cutting-edge cable systems . Leading a small team. you will be at the forefront of pioneering advancements in electrical engineering, mechanics, and environmental resilience. Your Profile :

  • Educational Background : You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field .
  • Technical Expertise : You bring hands-on experience in general measurement technology , with a solid understanding of both mechanical and electronic systems . Your expertise allows you to navigate the complexities of testing with ease and precision.
  • Leadership and Project Management : With several years of leadership and project management experience in an R&D environment, you are well-versed in guiding teams through challenging projects. You are a natural leader, capable of inspiring and managing a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Communication Skills : You are fluent in German and English .
  • Innovative and Customer-Oriented : You are a forward-thinker who always puts the customer at the center of your work. Your innovative approach ensures that products remain at the cutting edge of the industry.

Your responsibilities :

  • Strategic Testing and Innovation : Take charge of the comprehensive planning, execution, analysis, and meticulous documentation of a wide array of tests on cables and cable systems . Your work will cover critical areas such as electrical engineering, mechanical integrity, environmental impact, and fire resistance. You will be the architect of testing strategies , ensuring that they are both innovative and efficient.
  • External Collaboration : Forge and manage strong partnerships with external testing laboratories . You’ll ensure that collaborations yield the highest quality outcomes, integrating external expertise with internal capabilities to deliver the best results for clients.
  • Development and Innovation : Be an integral part of product development process, working closely with R&D teams to contribute your testing expertise. Your insights will help shape the development of new products, ensuring they are designed with robustness and reliability from the outset.
  • Consultation and Advisory : Act as a trusted advisor to developers, project managers, and product managers. Your in-depth knowledge of testing methodologies will guide them in making informed decisions that enhance the quality and performance of products.
