Job Description

For our client’s international team in Schaffhausen, we are looking for a Scientist - Container Closure Integrity Testing (all genders). In this exciting and versatile position, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to :

  • Provide technical and scientific expertise to address analytical needs to support a projects of parenteral drug delivery systems and combination products
  • Perform the coordination and development of CCIT assays for primary containers and combination products
  • Perform device testing activities to support method development, validation and method transfer in a GMP regulated environment
  • Cultivate strong relationship and independently liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners and stakeholders
  • Author scientific and technical documents
  • Compile data for registration dossier
  • Highly motivated to work on novel technologies and scouting for new technologies
  • Work in a dynamic team-oriented environment and respect diversity and inclusion when interacting with colleagues and partners

Qualifications

For this position we are looking for a scientifically minded, flexible, and team-oriented person with the following skills :

  • Master's or PhD degree in life or (bio-)engineering sciences, analytical, material or pharmaceutical sciences with 3-years of experience
  • Knowledge of relevant GMP regulations for analytical laboratories
  • Excellence in analytics, project coordination and presentation skills
  • Experienced in development or Quality Control with emphasis on particle counting in a pharmaceutical or other GMP regulated industry preferred
  • Self-employed and entrepreneurial working style
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), German desired
