Your time will be spent in a company providing legal and corporate services to a group of companies with highly diversified activities (family office) : <
- Preparing notices, proxies and minutes of board of directors, shareholders and investment committee meetings;
- Preparing various legal and financial documentation (SPA, NDA, loan agreements, subscription documents, etc.);
- Coordinating signatures and perform due diligence controls on various types of documents and administrative follow-up;
- Responding to KYC requests;
- Coordinating certifications and / or apostilles of various documentation;
- Preparing bank account opening documentation and update all banking documentation;
Performing other related duties as assigned.
You will join a human-sized team focusing on the quality of the work delivered.
You will work in the city centre and focus.
Bachelor degree in law, economics , STEP qualification a plus;<Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in a family office, trust company or corporate legal department in a multinational environment;<Excellent written and verbal communication skills;<Excellent command of English and French (minimum C1).Our client offers you :
