Your Role :

• Develop and execute a powerful RMS sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue & growth targets
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 6 direct reports
• Work closely with the CH / AT / SEE RMS leadership team in a collaborative matrix environment
• Strengthen customer relationships and ensure ZEISS remains a trusted, competitive partner
• Act as a hands‑on leader, active in the field and driving excellence in sales execution
• Identify new business opportunities across sectors, with a strong near‑term focus on Pharma & Biotech
• Build and execute a dedicated go‑to‑market strategy for Pharma / Biotech solutions
• Manage and develop the partnership with distributors
