CNC operator

We are looking for a CNC operator for one of our main clients in Switzerland for a temporary project.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the CNC water cutting machine in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.

Prepare, load, and unload materials, including handling heavy loads on a daily basis.

Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.

Ensure quality control of finished parts and report any deviations.

Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning tasks.

Use forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials safely within the work center.

Record production data and manage documentation using MS Office and SAP.

Comply with all health, safety, and quality regulations.

Profile & Requirements

Technical background as a Polymechanic or equivalent technical education (e.g. SHM or similar).

Proven experience operating a CNC water jet machine.

Strong physical condition, with the ability to handle heavy loads on a daily basis.

Valid forklift license and experience operating cranes.

Good working knowledge of MS Office and SAP.

Ability to work independently, with a high level of accuracy and responsibility.

Team-oriented mindset and strong safety awareness
