About the Role

Join our International Programs (IP) team — one of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' most dynamic and strategic initiatives, with a fast-growing portfolio now exceeding USD 1bn in premiums.

As an IP Business Development Analyst, you will be at the heart of shaping the strategy and the Global IP proposition. Working alongside the IP Proposition Development Team and the IP Leadership Team to drive key priorities and unlock new opportunities across our global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic development : Support and shape high-impact initiatives that power the IP strategy
• Financial planning : Support financial and workforce (FTE) planning
• Performance analysis : Track business production performance and develop dashboards that drive effective business decisions
• Stakeholder communication : Craft compelling presentations and insights for executive management and key stakeholders
• Business growth : Support IP Targeting of new customers to foster business production and contribute to business projects to expand IP capabilities

About the Team

The IP Proposition Development team is a strategic enabler of the IP portfolio. Working closely with the IP Sponsor and IP Leadership Team, the team drives key initiatives and projects that shape the future of the business. With strong international exposure, it partners across regions and functions — including underwriting, operations, finance, and technology.
