Pre-analytical Sector Manager

Responsible for the Pre-analytical sector at LabPoint Médicaux SA, a Swiss group, offers a unique expertise in medicine to strengthen the Corelab team at our site in Avenches. We are looking for a Responsible for the Pre-analytical sector between 80 - 100%. Your mission: To ensure a professional and caring welcome to clients and partners, guarantee the quality and reliability of the follow-up and logistics of medical analyses, and actively contribute to the smooth functioning of the department through rigorous, versatile management while adhering to the quality and ethical standards of LabPoint Médicaux.Responsibilities: - Manage the reception of blood and biological samples and enter them into the X system of files (LIS).- Ensure that the pre-analytical processes are optimal and adapt them according to needs.- Manage the sending of tubes to subcontractors.- Collaborate closely with various departments of a pre-analytical team (2-3 people) and a small team of students, providing support to the alternating day and evening schedules.What distinguishes you: - Holder of a diploma in biomedical analyses, biology laboratory technician, or medical technician, with several years of experience in managing a small team.- Proficient in oral and written French; knowledge of German is a plus.- Motivated, dynamic, and rigorous individual, possessing a high adaptability and able to handle stress with a good capacity for autonomy, comfortable in teamwork, and in collaboration with other sectors.What we offer you: - A work environment based on trust within a multilingual team and site equipped with the latest cutting-edge technologies, providing a dynamic work environment with a startup spirit and the reputation of a well-known group.- Opportunities for professional development through continuing education tailored to your needs. jid1563314aen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
