What will you do?

Second contact support – You support employees with 2nd level issues, on-site or remotely.

Solve IT problems – From hardware and software to network issues, you find smart, practical solutions.

Make users happy – You explain technical topics in a clear and friendly way, always patient and professional.

Stay on top of tech – You install, maintain, and update hardware and software to keep everything running smoothly.

Learn from the best – Work alongside experienced IT professionals and grow your skills.

What you bring

Tech enthusiasm – You’ve completed IT training, studied IT, or have a strong passion for technology.

Service mindset – You enjoy helping others and stay cool even when things get tricky.

Communication skills – You can explain tech in a simple way – in French, ideally also in English. German is a plus.

Willingness to learn – You're eager to grow and explore the IT universe. 🚀
