Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Lead and supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings (balance sheet, P&L, accruals, etc.)
- Coordinate and manage the external audit process and relationships with auditors
- Oversee accounting operations and provide technical guidance to the team
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and continuously improve financial processes
- Prepare statutory financial statements and support corporate tax filings
- Contribute to consolidation processes and group reporting
- Participate in finance-related projects and system enhancements
Team Coordination & Administration:
- Supervise and support a team of accountants
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily accounting tasks
- Assist in the preparation of banking documentation and payment instructions
- Collaborate on cross-functional and ad hoc projects
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data integrity
- Swiss Federal Diploma in Controlling and/or Accounting (CPA, Expertise, Brevet)
- Previous experience in an external audit firm,
- Experience with consolidation (IFRS)
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working in a structured environment with clearly established processes, supportive guidance, and regular managerial oversight.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid work authorisation for Switzerland
