Vos responsabilités

As Supply Management Collaborator, you will have to ensure the supply of all the material managed in the central warehouse within deadlines and conditions in place, and maintain the Webshop item catalogue. Aside central warehouse supply, you may as well support other departments in the ordering process.

You will be a key player in supply optimization.

Main responsibilities

  • Support the supply chain objectives in cooperation with the team.
  • Act in conformity with Unilabs Quality system and values.
  • Respect medical confidentiality.
  • Achieve the assigned objectives.
  • Keep learning on subjects related to your area of expertise.
  • Embrace permanent improvement process.

Main tasks

  • Ensure the availability of the material stored in the warehouses
  • Orders follow up.
  • Interact with vendors to manage non-conformities.
  • Replenishment strategy implementation.
  • Inventories management.
  • Item catalogue management (change management).
  • Occasional sourcing of alternatives in cooperation with Procurement.
  • Cost reduction initiatives.
  • Interactions with operations and all stakeholders.
  • KPI’s setting and monitoring.
  • Reporting.

    • With occasional travels in Switzerland

    Compétences requises

    Education and Experience

  • Minimum five years’ experience in supply chain.
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree.
  • Very good command of Excel.
  • Experience in working with an ERP / MRP system, automatic reordering setup, call-off agreements.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • Fluency in German&English or French&English, speaking the 3 languages is definitely a plus.
  • Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
