For one of our clients based in the canton of Ticino, we are looking for a Sales Manager (permanent position).

Tasks

  • Develop the company's customer portfolio and turnover
  • Propose and implement the sales strategy
  • Analyse and identify market opportunities
  • Manage the sales team and monitor objectives
  • Directly manage a portfolio of key accounts
  • Set up sales KPIs
  • Keep management regularly informed of developments by means of dashboards

Requirements

Your skills :

  • Solid experience in sales
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience in managing a sales team
  • Excellent strategic vision
  • Good technical background (industrial field)
  • Good knowledge of IT tools

    • Your profile :

  • Technical academic background (CFC, engineer or equivalent)
  • Minimum level of English and Italian C1 required, good level of French, German desirable
  • Excellent soft skills
