Rotational assignments across key operations functions (manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics) to build end - to - end understanding of plant and value - stream performance.
Ownership of improvement projects using Lean / Six Sigma to deliver measurable results (e.g., OEE, throughput, scrap, lead time, cost).
Cross - functional collaboration leveraging ERP data, standard work, and CI tools to drive data - based decisions and sustainability of gains.
Provide a first line of response to relevant queries from internal and external contacts
Collaborate with colleagues to identify problems that need resolving, seek to find solutions and make decisions in your area of responsibility
Mentorship, regular performance feedback, and development with exposure to senior operations leaders.
Your ideal profile should include
Initiative and strong communication skills
Geographical mobility after completion of the graduate program to enable continued personal and professional development
Fluent in local language and English
First-hand experience in project management is a plus
