Founded nine years ago in Switzerland, we have grown into a team of over 30 legal experts across multiple countries. To support our continued expansion in the life sciences space, we seek an AI Lawyer to join our team and help build a dedicated practice in this area.

Your Role

• Advise AI startups and scaleups: You will support clients on regulatory and commercial legal topics relevant to AI-driven products and services.
• Handle licensing and privacy compliance: You will guide companies through software licensing, data protection, and AI-related legal frameworks.
• Engage with the AI ecosystem: You will build relationships and thought leadership within the Swiss and European AI community.
• Support tech in regulated sectors: You will work with companies operating in areas like health, finance, or public services, where AI meets regulation.

Who You Are

• Swiss bar qualification and/or Swiss legal education combined with a strong background in IT or software.
• 2–5 years of post-bar legal experience, ideally in a tech-focused role
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
• Tech-curious mindset and a passion for AI, SaaS, and emerging technologies.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
