Product Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Product Specialist to serve as the technical reference for our MICRO and NANO probing solutions. In this role, you will act as a key link between R&D, sales, applications, and customers, combining deep product expertise with strong communication skills to position, configure, and demonstrate our solutions effectively. You will support the entire product lifecycle, from development and validation through customer adoption and commercial success.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Technical Ownership and Product Expertise

• Act as the internal technical authority for assigned products.
• Partner with R&D to stay informed on developments.
• Document and disseminate product knowledge across the organization.
• Develop, customize, and manage product user manuals.

• Provide technical expertise that drives sales and resolves issues.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for product positioning and value communication.
• Collaborate closely with the Application Engineer.

• Translate market insights into product requirements.
• Shape the product roadmap.
• Deliver field-validated feedback to R&D.

• Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment.
• Train internal stakeholders on product capabilities, limitations, and positioning.

To succeed in this position, you will need the following experience and skills:

• Engineering degree in robotics, mechatronics, electronics, or semiconductor-related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical product specialist or application engineer role.
• Ability to travel worldwide up to 15% of the time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to adapt for diverse audiences.
• Project management skills withability to work on several projects in parallel.
• Self-starter with a strong ability to move things forward.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level). French is a plus (main language spoken in the company).

Ideally, you also have experience with:

• Semiconductor electrical analysis techniques ( , nanoprobing, EBIC, EBAC).
• Electron microscopes (SEM, FIB, Dual Beam) and related accessories.
