We are looking for a / an Project Manager to join our Process Plants team in Switzerland .
Your main tasks and responsibilities :
Full responsibility for managing projects from transfer from Sales through to final delivery and invoicing
Oversee project execution while adhering to business processes, instructions, and regulations
Monitor project performance (financial, schedule, quality) and manage risks, issues, and changes
Manage project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and inspections
Ensure all internal departments understand their responsibilities and meet contractual obligations
Provide sales support during inquiry, offer, and negotiation phases
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, managing claims and communication
Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve cash flow without compromising quality or schedule
To succeed in this role, you will need :
- Technical college degree, or equivalent technical education, combined with a training in project management
- Successful track record in project execution in the chemical or petrochemical industry
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as Project Manager in an international environment is a must
- Proven experience and skills dealing with international clients
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, excellent negotiation skills with international clients
- High level of customer orientation and focus on quality
- Strong process understanding and practical experience in SAP PS and SD Modules.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written is a must. Knowledge of German, French or Italian is an advantage
