Your new role

As Director Sr. HRBP for the IO functional heads of BILD and C&R you will join the new People & Organisation team and oversee talent and succession across IO.

• Act as a strategic partner to the IO functional heads of Business Integrity Legal Development (BILD) and Clinical and Regulatory (C&R) functions as well as their leadership teams.
• Drive the people and organisation agenda fostering an engaging diverse and inclusive employee environment rooted in the Novo Nordisk Way.
• Lead organisational efficiency scalability and agility to ensure development effectiveness and readiness.
• Provide guidance on strategic workforce planning and address future capability needs for the functions you support. Drive talent development initiatives enabling employees to reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to enable new ways of working with a focus on speed agility and simplicity.
• Partner with global functions HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to align and implement strategically important P&O focus areas.
• Lead the BILD & C&R HRBP community across IO Regions ensuring alignment and execution of key priorities.

The position is embedded in the People and Organisation department within IOs Strategic Operations office (IO-SO) and are reporting to the CVP of P&O in IO.

Your skills & qualifications

Were looking for a new Director Sr HRBP who will enjoy working in a high-paced dynamic environment. Youll bring with you:

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as HR business partner in an international environment you are used to work with senior leadership teams in a global setting.
• You have a masters degree and. You are used to working independently in a global matrix environment and have supported large and complex transformations.
• You are excellent at stakeholder management change management communicating with impact and creating cross-geographical collaborations.
• You are a senior HR specialist or generalist with experience in all areas of global HR functions.
