We are a young, dynamic family-owned medical technology company based in Oberkirch / Sursee (LU). Our focus is on minimally invasive treatment methods in spinal surgery. Our clients include hospitals, which we support with implants, instruments, and advanced technologies. Over the years, we have become one of the most important partners for spinal surgeons in Switzerland.

You have the opportunity to complete a trainee (12 months) with us in order to develop into a Junior Product Specialist incl. PM & Sales Specialist to develop further in the company following the trainee. During this time, you will gain valuable insights into the various activities of our medical technology company and participate in numerous surgeries in hospitals in the Western part of Switzerland.

Your main tasks :

Product Specialist / Surgical Support (workplace in hospital) :

• Acquire clinical expertise to assist physicians and nursing staff before and during surgeries
• Collaboration in the development of training programs (internal and external customers)
• Co-responsibility in the management of loan sets (Surgery instruments)
• Possibility to develop as Product Specialist / Surgery Supporter

Product Management (PM) / Marketing :

Sales Specialist / Medical Consultant :

Other : Cooperation in other tasks & projects ( sales support, quality management etc.) as required
