For our client, an international FMCG company, we are recruiting a dedicated Controller for their finance team in Zug. The company is known for its strong

Prepare, analyse, and monitor monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards

Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes

Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets

Conduct variance analyses and provide actionable insights to support management decisions

Partner closely with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to provide financial guidance

Support cost controlling, profitability checks, pricing calculations, and performance tracking

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership

Assist in internal and external audits as required

Contribute to process improvements, automation projects, and digitalisation initiatives within the finance function

6 months temporary project with possibility of extension or take-over

Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field

Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within FMCG or another fast?paced industry

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations

Fluent in English; German is an advantage

Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross?functionally

Proactive, detail?oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
