Our client, a global leader in the Pharmaceutical sector, is looking for an experienced Recruiting Partner / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their Swiss operations.
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR stakeholders. You will help shape the organization's talent strategy while delivering a high-quality candidate experience across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Switzerland, from job intake and sourcing to interview coordination and hiring
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
- Build strong, trust-based relationships and act as a strategic recruitment advisor
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through efficient scheduling, clear communication, and accurate ATS documentation
- Use recruitment tools, AI solutions, and data insights to optimize hiring outcomes
- Support a wide range of roles across different seniority levels and technical domains
- Contribute to local Talent Acquisition initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Your Profile
Several years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Headhunter, ideally within Life SciencesStrong stakeholder management and consultative skillsExperience working in complex, matrixed or international environmentsCreative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for modern recruitment practicesStrong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skillsFluent in English and GermanComfortable using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing toolsAdditional Information
