This dynamic position involves supervising pharmacy operations, including stock management, quality control, and the supply of medications to patients and other pharmacies. Pharmacists ensure that storage conditions meet MSF standards, coordinate orders with logistics teams, and oversee the performance and training of pharmacy and nursing staff. They also manage pharmacy budgets, record consumption data, and assist patients in understanding their medication usage.
This role is essential in ensuring that MSF’s medical supplies are safely and efficiently managed.
