Commercial Contracts Manager (a)

Your Tasks

• Support the procurement teams with standard contract templates for different units and subsidiaries of Pilatus
• Coordinate and establish templates with the Legal department
• Draft and conduct negotiation for all contracts in cooperation with the responsible commercial managers of the procurement team
• Coordinate contractual aftermarket topics with the commercial contract manager aftermarket
• Create executive summaries of the substantial contracts being negotiated, outlining commercial and legal risks and conditions
• Create reports, statistics and analysis, and communicate the results in a meaningful, clear and structured fashion to the Management of all involved Units

With this you convince us

• University degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years' experience in the field of managing commercial contracts, in particular complex procurement contracts
• Working knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes and procedures
• Proficient user of MS Office applications (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English and German on a full professional proficiency level (C1-C2)
• Affinity for analysis of complex cases, experience in working with performance indicators and affinity for preparing executive summaries
• High degree of interest in aviation
