Interface regularly with external and internal teams. Externally : Customer’s commercial and technical teams, connectivity Supplier. Internally : Sales Team, Financial Team, IPX Engineers, etc. 
Serve as a single point of contact responsible for the implementation (and managing the change requests) of Comfone services 
Leading implementations of Comfone services 
Discuss implementation with customers (implementation documents, call flows, diagrams)

Your profile

High commitment and strong customer focus 

Few years of experience in Telecom (Mobile Network Operator or International Carrier) 

Proactive approach and strong project management skills 

Knowledge about IPX Part (SS7, Diameter and IP routing) is a plus 

Knowledge about Data Clearing processes, Financial Clearing processes and roaming is a plus 

Fluent in spoken and written English, extra languages are a plus 

You are willing to work in Bern, Switzerland. 

The position is open to Swiss and EU nationals, and to holder of a valid Swiss work permit
