Scientist and Deputy Director within Switzerland (remote work possible) | %What you can contribute : Manage and coordinate files, projects, and inter-office processes in the field of alert and alarm. Present reports, maintain contacts with other departments and federal offices as well as with the cantons. Develop solutions, prepare and present decision-making processes, and monitor and report on technical meetings and project sessions. Support the leadership of the Danger Intervention Steering Committee and ensure its representation. What makes you unique : Degree in X sciences or engineering or equivalent (possibly in political sciences). Professional experience, ideally in the fields of environment, hazards, or geography. Knowledge of processes related to hazards as well as project management. Experience in writing positions, expertise, reports, and in conducting committees and expert groups. Strong sense of responsibility and social skills, capacity to handle a heavy workload, teamwork spirit, reliability, autonomy, and ability to think and act in a networked way, interest in conceptual tasks. You make a decisive contribution to the X alert and alarm system of hazards. You contribute to the development of X alert and alarm procedures, leveraging your knowledge during committee sessions.
