Software Engineer for Process Platforms

For our technology team in Zurich, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining systems and interfaces that drive the digitalization of our internal processes. We use a state-of-the-art technology stack including Java / Kotlin, Kafka, Spring Boot, and OpenShift (Docker).

What would your role be?

• Develop internal applications and / or configure commercial off-the-shelf solutions (e.g., Atlassian Jira) to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of new projects, including requirements engineering, solution design, and architecture, ensuring scalable and robust outcomes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, processes, and standards.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for software features, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted partner by troubleshooting and resolving issues in software applications, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.
