Senior Software Engineer - Physical Forex

Salary : CHF 80’000 - 140’000 per year

Requirements :

• Qualifications :
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of Java experience
• Strong expertise in Java (versions 8 - 21), Spring, SpringBoot, Hibernate / JPA, and SQL
• Experience working with event-driven applications, ideally using RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Proficient with Maven, Docker, Jenkins, and GitHub
• Strong interest in financial industry mechanisms; experience in the Forex trading domain is an asset
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience in business analysis is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Team player, rigorous, and autonomous
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities :

The team's mission is the development of systems for physical settlement of Forex and Digital Asset trading activity, physical FX for eTrading / Yuh / Savings / Payments / Cards, etc., including pricing, price history, execution, and risk.

The team's primary focus is physical settlement.

Your role will include :

Lead autonomously the actual development of software solutions

Contribute to analysis of business requirements

Document the architecture design and business test scenarios based on business needs

Drive technical architecture and coordinate development efforts

Contribute to code review and testing, support business acceptance testing

Coordinate delivery to production

Perform L3 production and business support
