As we rapidly expand our Direct-to-Customer (DTC) business, we are looking for a talented and driven Senior Specialist - DTC E-commerce Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, the successful candidate will support our global digital channels, by working closely with the DTC Controlling Senior Lead to strengthen planning and reporting processes, elevate our system set-up and deliver actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and performance optimization.

Your Mission

Planning & Reporting :

• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the DTC E-commerce channel across our global portfolio.
• Develop and refine financial models to support business growth.
• Consolidate inputs from the digital team to provide clear, data-driven insights to the finance leadership and senior stakeholders.

Your Story

Bachelor's degree in Finance, economics or equivalent Business qualification

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Controlling / Finance related field

Strong analytical, financial modeling, reporting and forecasting skills

Ability to navigate uncertainty and be solutions oriented

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
