Salary : CHF 120’000 - 140’000 per year
Requirements :
- Completed degree (FH, University, ETH) with a focus on computer science or equivalent.
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Software Architect; additional experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of architecture principles, best practices, and integrated systems at an enterprise level.
- Strong background in software development, particularly with backend technologies (Python, Java and popular frameworks such as FastAPI, Quarkus, etc.).
- Proven experience in developing and integrating enterprise applications and solutions.
- Flair for information security and a deep understanding of its importance in software development and integrated systems.
- Good knowledge of DevOps (Kubernetes), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and Pub-Sub technologies (Kafka or similar).
- Fluent communication (oral / written) in English; German and other foreign languages are a significant advantage.
- Proactive, collaborative personality with a high sense of responsibility and didactic skills.
Responsibilities :
Oversee the architecture, development, and integration of standard and custom software solutions into the Hapimag realm.Coach other engineers, fostering good architectural practices and clean code.Interact with non-technical stakeholders during solution discovery, integration, release, and maintenance processes.Oversee the architecture of the Hapimag systems, including both the front (user-facing) and back (core) systems.Play a key role in Hapimag’s digital transformation process.Technologies :
