StellenbeschreibungMaster’s degree in finance or an equivalent field. First experience in Finance, ideally FP&A (around 5 years). Good command of ERP systems (experience with SAP and HFM is a plus). Strong analytical and summarizing skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken (mandatory).
Our client, leader in its sector - sepcific distribution - based in Lausanne , is recruiting a FP&A Analyst. The position focuses on performance analysis, KPI development, financial modeling, and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Responsabilities :
- Support the monthly closing process by analyzing revenue,
- Propose accounting adjustments (revenue accruals, inventory reconciliation, provisions, etc.)
- Monitor performance using KPIs and analyze variances.
- Prepare and manage submissions in HFM
- Lead the budgeting process : collecting data and uploading data into HFM
- Review Pricing policies
