Description

Youwill report directly to the CCO and have a key role in theorganization as an HR Generalist. Your responsibilitiesinclude :

HRTasks (70%)

  • Primarypoint of contact for local employee inquiries on all HR-relatedtopics
  • Management of the entire employeelifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, andoffboarding
  • Supporting employees' needs andconcerns while fostering a positive and engaged workenvironment
  • Coordination of employee benefits,compensation, and payroll processes
  • Supportfor performance reviews, employee development, and traininginitiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with locallabor laws and company policies in HR matters
  • Point of contact for authorities, coordination of legaldocuments, and ensuring compliance with localregulations

General Office Tasks(30%)

  • Coordination ofoffice facilities, maintenance management, event organization, andbudget monitoring
  • Oversight of officeoperations, office supplies and systems management, handlingcorrespondence and documents
  • Planning andorganizing office activities / travels, and providing back-officesupport
  • Profile

  • Successfully completed qualification in HR
  • Several years of work experience in Switzerland as an HRGeneralist or similar role
  • Strong expertise inlocal HR regulations, company policies and processes, as well ascompliance requirements
  • Previous experience ina multinational, fast-paced, and cross-functionalenvironment
  • Fluent in (Swiss) German andEnglish
  • Proficient in MS Office and affinityfor systems
  • Open and communicativepersonality, able to interact at all levels of anorganization
  • High degree of discretion andconfidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Efficient problem-solver with excellent organizationaland multitasking skills
  • Initiative andproactivity combined with the ability to develop and improveprocesses
  • Willingness to shape and promotepositive change in the workplace
