Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Intern to support our internal operations related to citizenship application preparation. The role focuses on administrative document handling , data consistency, and structured execution based on predefined internal guidelines.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Document Support
- Prepare and format standardized application documents based on internal templates, client-provided questionnaires, checklists and SOPs
- Assist with the administrative preparation of required documents.
Data Accuracy & Consistency
Transfer data accurately between documents and formsCross-check names, dates, and personal details against official recordsFlag inconsistencies or missing information for reviewInternal Process Support
Organize files and prepare document sets for internal reviewFollow internal workflows and quality standardsSupport process improvements by documenting recurring issuesRequirements
