Trainee - Startup Support

Location : Zurich, Bern, or Remote

AirScale enables weighing patients without mobilizing them out of bed. The invention reduces the required time and effort of the nursing staff drastically and improves the quality of the patient's experience. We are currently seeking a Volunteer Trainee with a hands-on mentality, a passion for building things, and an innovative mindset to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative solutions.

Contribute by actively participating in ideation, prototyping, and testing phases.

Embrace challenges and think outside the box to overcome obstacles and find creative solutions.

Analyze requirements and translate them into an actionable plan.

Perform a risk assessment, create a risk matrix, and develop mitigation plans for identified risks.

Regularly interact with an expert from an established company to learn best practices, ask questions, and ensure effective and efficient progress towards certification.

Requirements :

Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and a desire to learn and grow within a startup environment.

Hands-on mentality and a drive to take initiative and see projects through to completion.

Passion for building things, especially physical prototypes.

Ability to think critically and approach problem-solving with an innovative and open-minded mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Eagerness to gain practical work experience and insights into the inner workings of a startup.

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial setting.
