Microcaps is an ETH Zurich spin-off founded in March 2019. Our unique technology allows us to produce highly precise and innovative microcapsules that empower materials to unlock new capabilities; all tailored to various markets from cosmetics to nutraceutical and pharma.

Our first commercialized products are now on the market and include. cosmetic skin serum and encapsulated fine fragrance. Our current aim is to expand our production capacity to produce sustainable water-based fine fragrance at scale. Beyond fine fragrance and cosmetics we are also working on developing offerings in nutrition and health. Join us on our mission to bring Swiss precision to the realm of microencapsulation.

We are looking for :

Great Production people to help us establish a cutting-edge pioneering production operation (100%)

Do you fit one of the following criteria

• 35 years of professional experience in GMP-regulated production environment in the food cosmetics or pharmaceutical industries.

OR

Microcaps is currently setting up a production site to scale our novel technology. This first site will encapsulate fine fragrances and other cosmetic products. We need smart committed people with a can-do attitude to work in our production area.
