And with 150 employees and more than 4.000 Trusted Professional Cleaning Agents with headquarters based in Switzerland and expanding across Europe, we are making that a reality.

Batgroup was created in order to reinforce our primary mission : the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurances that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid, to hiring their house cleaning employee through Batsoft.

About the role

Batmaid is on the lookout for a motivated and energetic HR Recruitment Intern to become a key player in our Lausanne-based team. This exciting role is perfect for someone eager to dive into the world of Human Resources, Swiss administration, and recruitment processes while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process ongoing recruitment cases through email and phone daily, ensuring timely and professional communication to candidates.
  • Conduct recruitment-related screening phone calls to engage with future cleaning agents (Batmaids), answer their queries, and assess their fit for available positions.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including handling permits, contracts, and ensuring compliance with Swiss employment regulations.
  • Input and maintain data in our recruitment systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in candidate records.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, forms, and contracts related to the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve candidate experiences including at agent events and training days.

  • Multi-lingual : Fluency (C1 or C2) in French, and English is required; additional languages at A2 level including German or Italian are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy : Familiarity with Excel and Word.
  • Requirements

  • Availability for a 6-month internship ideally starting before or by February 3rd, 2025.
  • A keen interest in learning about HR, recruitment processes, and Swiss administrative practices at university level.
  • Previous professional work experience is not required but would be considered an advantage.
  • Must be on-site, in-office in Lausanne, 5 days per week in the first 3 months. After 3 months there will be the possibility to work from home 1 day per week.
